If you're looking for a super-charged, sweaty workout on Thanksgiving morning that will help your body continue to burn calories all day, then our Turkey Sprint is for you! Not for the faint of heart, this advanced version of RIPPED All Over is a 75-minute high-intensity class that will challenge you, motivate you, and leave you feeling amazing well into your holiday celebration. Intense conditioning, serious drills, hills, sprints and everything in between, so that you can relax and enjoy your turkey and all the trimmings.

Booking a class at RIPPED is simple. Before you can reserve a spot, you must purchase a class or series. Then visit our schedule, click your desired class to reserve and then select your starting spot, which is either a treadmill or a floor space. For example if you select treadmill #7, you will begin at treadmill #7 and switch with floor space #7; if you select floor space #10, you will begin at floor space #10 and switch with treadmill #10.
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes
Please respect your fellow RIPPERS and instructors by arriving at least 5 minutes before class starts.
We begin releasing “no show” spots 4 minutes before each class begins. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know so we don’t release your spot. We will hold your spot for 10 minutes after the class begins.
To ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for all of our clients, we reserve the right to restrict entry after the first 10 minutes of each class. Please respect your fellow RIPPERS and instructors by arriving on time!
