If you love to run on our Woodway Treadmills, this 50-minute RIPPED RUN class is a dream come true. Led by RIPPED Founder and avid runner, Brian Ripka, to improve stamina, build strength and take your cardio where it’s never gone before. From sideways moves to backwards drills to Brian’s motivational words of wisdom along the way; this heart-pumping sweat session is a 1,000-calorie burn.

If you're looking for a super-charged, sweaty workout on Thanksgiving morning that will help your body continue to burn calories all day, then our Turkey Sprint is for you! Not for the faint of heart, this advanced version of RIPPED All Over is a 75-minute high-intensity class that will challenge you, motivate you, and leave you feeling amazing well into your holiday celebration. Intense conditioning, serious drills, hills, sprints and everything in between, so that you can relax and enjoy your turkey and all the trimmings.

A toned down version of RIPPED ALL OVER that will burn calories through speed walking, hill walking and weight training. This class is perfect for the person who wants to get their cardio and strength-training in but at a lower impact and intensity. NO RUNNING ALLOWED.

This 50 min treadmill only class is a mix of walking, jogging, and running intervals, with 10 min of core at the end to finish it off and keep you RIPPED!

Don't miss out - book two weeks out.

Booking a class at RIPPED is simple. Before you can reserve a spot, you must purchase a class or series. Then visit our schedule, click your desired class to reserve and then select your starting spot, which is either a treadmill or a floor space. For example if you select treadmill #7, you will begin at treadmill #7 and switch with floor space #7; if you select floor space #10, you will begin at floor space #10 and switch with treadmill #10.

RIPPED rules

There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes

Please respect your fellow RIPPERS and instructors by arriving at least 5 minutes before class starts.

We begin releasing “no show” spots 4 minutes before each class begins. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know so we don’t release your spot. We will hold your spot for 10 minutes after the class begins.

To ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for all of our clients, we reserve the right to restrict entry after the first 10 minutes of each class. Please respect your fellow RIPPERS and instructors by arriving on time!

While we strongly recommend reserving your space in advance, you are welcome to walk in at any time! If a class you are interested in is already full, we invite you to join the wait list. Here’s how it works:

  • To join the wait list, you must have an active credit in your RIPPED account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation that you have been added to the wait list.
  • If a spot opens, we add you to the class and will follow up with a call and email. We will apply your credit to the class.
  • If a spot does not open up, the credit will be returned to your account.
